CHARLES A. TAPP is the senior pastor of the Sligo Seventh-day Adventist Church on the campus of Washington Adventist University in Takoma Park, Maryland. He is also an adjunct instructor in the Department of Religion at the university. One of the courses he teaches is a course that he developed on the fundamentals of prayer.
